DuValls uses UPS and USPS for most shipping. Shipping charges are calculated automatically in the shopping cart based on cost of your purchase. DuValls is not responsible for items lost, stolen/or damaged during shipping.
In stock items usually ship within 3 to 5 business days.
Please allow extra time for delivery during holiday seasons as carriers may experience delays.
Refunds / Returns
We have a NO Refund policy. Store credit will be applied to products returned within 2 weeks of sale date. Store credits expire 12 months after date issued. Purchaser is responsible for shipping costs incurred upon return. Store credit will ONLY be given to items that are in NEW condition with original designer tags still in place. Exchanges in sizes can be made if the item brought back is in new condition-as described above. But due to the exclusive and limited availability of our merchandise, we cannot guarantee the size you need. If the item has a manufacture defect, the purchaser must notify the store within three days (of purchase) for a return.

Seasonal/ Holiday Specific items cannot be returned after the Holiday
Special Order-All Sales Final
All accessories (jewelry, hats, headbands, sunglasses, hair bows and bath products) are Final Sale
